How is the money split?

You and your seller each take an agreed percentage of what each item sells for, net of selling fees and shipping. The split is set before anyone touches the unit, so there are no surprises at payout.

Do I have to be there?

Once. You grant access at the start, either by meeting your seller at the gate or adding them to the facility's access list. After that you approve from your phone.

What if I want to keep something?

Say keep. It gets set aside and returned to you. That is the whole point of approving item by item — you find out what's in there before it's gone.

Who are these sellers?

Vetted resellers who pass a background check. They're getting access to your belongings, so we verify everyone and you can decline a match.

What about things that won't sell?

Donated with a receipt, set aside for you, or disposed of. A unit that's 90% empty is still a monthly bill, so we get it to zero.

How long does a unit take?

It depends on size and what's inside. Listing and selling is the slow part, not the sorting. Most of the value usually clears in the first few weeks.

When do I get paid?

As items sell, not at the very end. You shouldn't have to wait for the last box to move before you see anything.

What does it cost me up front?

Nothing. Sellers are paid from proceeds. If nothing sells, you haven't written a cheque.
